Roles and Responsibility

         Strong expertise and exposure to Retail / Logistics / Distribution / Consumer Goods domains (at least 3 of the four areas)

         Adept at studying and assessing industry trends in the market w.r.t. Retail, Distribution, Logistics, Consumer Goods domains. Key contributor to the overall R&L vertical strategy.

         Intensely network with organization wide stakeholders – cross vertical, practices, corporate in the Nordics and the US.

         Carry out prospect analysis and come up with crisp hunting / farming strategies

         Proven ability to strategize and come up with ideas, point-solutions or use-cases for the target market segment

         Devise Go-to-Market strategies for the R&L domain vertical

         Rigorously track pipeline opportunities, work with Sales & Marketing teams in representing the R&L BU in prospect calls

         Excellent presentation and communication skills

         Ability to independently handle pre-sales and sales pursuits and meet quarterly and monthly targets

         Drive bid strategy, bid plan, bid management and delivery

         Strongly contribute to/own existing accounts’ strategy, improvement pointers to delivery teams and value added offerings / farming activities.

         Contribute to customer transformation projects by providing consulting services in the retail domain

         Should be agile and nimble with the passion to grow the business at a brisk pace
