Job Description

1.         Engage with Customer, Product Management, to identify areas of opportunity and translate them into mature problem statement considering feasibility, viability, and desirability.

2.         Identify problems worth solving for existing customers

3.         Identify problems worth solving for prospects

4.         Responsible to ideate, problems worth solving for building new digital solutions.

5.         Qualify problems worth solving using Market research analyzing them for feasibility and business impact.

6.         Research on business landscape changes, business model evolution and compliance requirements to relate to the problem definitions to deliver the next-in-class solutions and demos

7.         Define and Develop MVP strategy for solutions

8.         Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

9.         Evangelize the problems worth solving with the solutions team or the BU project team on the business side who will eventually manage the implementation

10.         Display thought leadership and demo solutions at major events - viz. Partner Events, Customer Events, Roadshows

11.         Craft Sales Pitches for Sales Team

12.         Provide Product Knowledge Support to Sales Team

13.         Participate In Strategy Meetings With Marketing Team

14.         Must have implementation experience of software solutions to Healthcare Providers and Medicare/Medicaid Agencies.

17.         Must have good documentation, communication and presentation skills
