Roles and Responsibility

This position is a key strategic hire for the company. The opportunity is to leverage our several success stories, capabilities, and digital labs to acquire new customers in our focus industries across North America.

 Responsibilities for Director of Sales      

  •      Meet or exceed new logo sales targets
  •      Generate large enterprise leads through various sources including contacts, networking, conferences, calling, social media and follow up to closure
  •      Meet prospective customers, both virtually and in-person, at various stages of the sales cycle for both inside sales team and self-generated prospects
  •      Lead and co-ordinate discovery sessions with prospects and what it takes to differentiate and win
  •      Understand the role of various stakeholders in selecting new vendors and their criteria
  •      Work closely with delivery and inside sales teams to offer the prospects relevant services and solutions
  •      Come up with sales strategies and front the opportunities until they close with support from delivery and inside sales teams
  •      Front RFP and proposal presentations for new prospects with support from delivery and inside sales teams
  •      Work with prospect’s VMO and Legal to close out contracts
  •      Take ownership in closing deals


Qualifications for Director of Sales

  •      Great communication and presentation skills virtually and in-person
  •      Ability to converse effectively with a wide range of stakeholders from Directors to CxOs in IT, business units and executive teams
  •      Expert level interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  •      Team player with ability to work with multi-functional teams in different time zones
  •      Ability to understand techno-domain challenges and market opportunities and discuss possible ideas/solutions strategically with prospects to address these
  •      Ability to understand what the prospect truly needs from a new vendor and read between the lines to figure out what it takes to win a deal
  •      Ability to engage with stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels
