Roles and Responsibility

         MBA with strong domain understanding and knowledge in the areas of Retail/ Logistics/ Supply chain/ Consumer behavior

         Analyze the business needs of the stakeholder(s) across the engagement.

         Understand and use the various BA tasks required to be performed as required by the engagement usually with a good assistance from senior resources.

         Support Presales Activities

         Perform secondary analysis and stakeholders’ analysis on the leads to understand their initiatives, roadmaps, and objectives and tailor the business approach aligning to their business approach

         Conduct market research – Research on industry trends and support innovative ideas, develop solutions/ recommendations for practice thought leaders

         Strong written and verbal communication in and out of the client specific to the engagement

         Support requirement gathering sessions

         Understanding the as-is and to-be states of the business and thereby the system needs

         Analyze the requirement specifications, workflows, and business functionalities throughout the project

         Identification of business problems constraints dependencies early in the engagement

         Be able to assist right stakeholders in evaluation and recommendation of appropriate solution options to business problems

         Documentation – Creating supporting documentations for projects, documentation at the engagement level, Prospect analysis document based the secondary

         Learn about developing process flow diagrams, use case current/future state diagrams functional and technical requirements

         Assist in interpreting evaluating and interrelating research data

         Successfully complete straight-forward tasks and smaller well-scoped challenges independently

         Communication effectiveness – usage of proven methods effectively

         Domain Trainings/Learning programs including certifications
