Roles and Responsibility

1.         Active Directory administration.

2.         Hyper-V and VMWare management.

3.         Familiar with SCCM, MacAfee, Print server, Symantec NetBackup, Radius, Storage (EMC, IBM and HP), Blade Chassis DELL and IBM etc.

4.         User On boarding / Exit management access for the users.

5.         Monitoring of the systems.

6.         Inventory management of Datacenter equipment’s

7.         Vendor management of IT Services and Assets.

8.         E-Waste Management

9.         ISO 27001 and other compliance audit knowledge and documentation

10.         Firewall Administration - Policies, Rules and troubleshooting.

11.         L2 and L3 switch management.

12.         Wireless AP management.

13.         Helpdesk ticketing system. Managing tickets and generating necessary MIS reports.

14.         Telecommunication management. Configuring Softphone, troubleshooting call routing issues, generating MIS reports.

15.         End client configuration and troubleshooting (Windows 10 and 11) and Autopilot

16.         Datacenter monitoring and capacity management.
