Roles and Responsibility

Primary Skills –


Extremely sound in Dynamics CRM entities , workflows, configurations , customization development , Plug-ins, custom workflows, Java scripts, web resources, integrations development.

Sound knowledge in core .NET technology, C# , SQL Server, Power Platform, and SSRS / .NET development experience within a MS Dynamics 365 environment

Experience in creation of technical specifications and project documentation and translating functional requirements into detailed technical requirements.

Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365

Strong analytical, research and troubleshooting skills needed to identify RCA

Experience of Solutions /Deployments to various Integrated environments

Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills required

Experience in problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting

Highly confident with providing support and training to users

Good analytical , communication skills

Agile methodologies experience


Secondary Skills –


Experience in leading design, development, and delivery experience across the Dynamics 365 landscape

Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform, core modules and technologies

Admin or Consultant (Sales /Service/Marketing/Field sales) Certifications

Qualifications - Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, MBA preferred

Experience of at least 5 Actual Projects

Developer Certification
