We are looking for result oriented Inside Sales Leads for our North American market with 7-12 years of sales experience preferably with Healthcare or BFS domain knowledge. S/He will be an integral part of a high-performance sales engine which is driven and rewarded attractively for their results.
Prior experience of calling and selling of IT Services, Digital Practices and Consulting Services to mid and large enterprises in the U.S. is a must.
Needs to have a proven track record of independently converting leads into wins and meeting or exceeding sales targets
Be able to do value added research of potential customers and initiate business dialogue with C-level target audience, IT/Digital Heads and Business Heads
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and manage end-to-end sales cycle towards achieving the sales target
Work closely with respective Business Unit presales team and supported by Sales Head to figure out what it takes to win the deal with the active prospects and execute on it.
Have regular interaction with business unit offerings/practice teams for better understanding of the service/solution offerings
Manage and mentor the junior team member to generate new business opportunities Be Self-motivated, organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision.
