Roles and Responsibility

Responsibilities:

 

-         Participate in meetings, workshops, and interviews (as necessary) with business IT stakeholders to understand strategy and requirements

-         Translate business and technical requirements into Collibra designs, oversee the implementation and validate outcome with users. 

-         Implement capabilities related to business and technical metadata, data lineage, data profiling, data quality improvement efforts, and issue/request management in Collibra.

-         Develops and delivers training materials, use case and asset model documentation, as well as implementation specification

-         Support establishing a Collibra operating model aligned with a data governance operating model.

-         Supporting the customer implementation, both functionally (e.g., analysis, design, ...) and technically (e.g., performing software installation, BPMN workflow engineering, setting up scripts, calling (web)service APIs, adding a Java module, creating an integration with a target system, ....)

-         Architecting data platforms, triangulating data lineage, data operating models, data collection, dataflow management, master data management, data quality, and security

-         Lead Data Governance Analyst in the creation, reporting, compile, and preparation of enterprise data quality metrics

 

Required Skillsets:

-         10+ years of experience in IT, 2+ years in Collibra

-         5+ years of experience in Data Privacy, Data catalog, Data Lineage, Data Governance & Data Quality

-         Collibra Ranger or Solution Architect certification is preferred

-         Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) is a plus.

-         In-depth knowledge of data governance and data management concepts, approaches, and tools and the role of data governance in the successful implementation of data strategy. 

-         Expert knowledge of Collibra and BPMN technology

-         Benchmark design, development, and execution

-         Experience with AWS or Azure data storage and management technologies such as S3 and ADLS

-         Collibra DQ/Owl DQ knowledge and expertise

-         Practical knowledge of Java, API, Relational database & Scripting (e.g., Groovy, shell, JSON, DDL)
