Description:
• Experience creating and maintaining multiple integrations with JIRA and Confluence
• Work with the service desk functions in JIRA
• JIRA Administrator for Cloud, and familiar with multiple third-party integrations and marketplace add-ons.
• Should be very well-versed in Jira workflows, board administration, Confluence admin and Service Desk Admin
• Helping people solve their problems
• From meticulous documentation created self-service knowledge articles to support the user base.
• Work with team, regardless of their technical expertise, and have built the capability to simplify workflows and break down complex issues for users.
Experience:
3 to 6 years experience of working on Atlassian JIRA tool
