Roles and Responsibility

Description:

         Experience creating and maintaining multiple integrations with JIRA and Confluence

         Work with the service desk functions in JIRA

         JIRA Administrator for Cloud, and familiar with multiple third-party integrations and marketplace add-ons.

         Should be very well-versed in Jira workflows, board administration, Confluence admin and Service Desk Admin

         Helping people solve their problems

         From meticulous documentation created self-service knowledge articles to support the user base.

         Work with team, regardless of their technical expertise, and have built the capability to simplify workflows and break down complex issues for users.

Experience:

3 to 6 years experience of working on Atlassian JIRA tool
