Roles and Responsibility

SPE Offerings Lead/Manager

Experience Profile

  • 9-10 years of work experience
  • Roles – product manager, product owner, business consultant, offerings manager for an ISV or software product organization
    • Must be customer facing, should have led customer discovery workshops (Ideate), identified, and led implementation of MVP (create) and scaled up software products (scale-up and sustain)
  • Business function & Domain Field Services Management, Facility Management Services, Computerized Maintenance Management, Human Capital Management
  • Must have managed software product lifecycle across any of the above mentioned business functions and any domain (Retail, Energy (oil & gas) , Manufacturing, Utilities, Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, Financial Services)
  • Can be from enterprises or software product companies

Qualification Profile

  • Ideal candidate is an MBA
  • Certifications in Software product management, Digital Technologies (like AIML, ARVR, IoT etc)

Must have

  • Offerings - Must have created and delivered offerings for business units/software product companies, and presented to prospects/clients
  • Done onsite customer facing implementation, UAT and steady state sign off
  • Must be aware of platform model and might have led product to platform journey execution for clients
  • Executed and led Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, daily standups/scrums, sprint review (with client), sprint retrospective
  • Must have worked on collaboration tools – Aha, VSTS, Jira etc
  • Must be comfortable with, and must have worked with some/all the following stakeholders
    • Customer – CPO, Product Manager, Product Owner, Application Owner, Business unit head, project manager, program manager, decision review board
    • Internal – engineering head, head architect, engineering team, scrum master

Good to have

  • Expertise/Intermediate level knowledge of DevOps, DevSecOps
    • Must have executed/led implementation using the above mentioned
  • Business change management experience post implementation
  • Led and executed following activities during product lifecycle management
    • Product Backlog creation
    • Product Backlog grooming (different methodologies)
    • Delivered following product documentation – MRD, PRD, PDD, UAT
    • Release management
  • Expertise in Digital Transformation – Business and Technology Led
  • Identified Monetization models for software products and used analytics to identify new monetization opportunities, requirements
