Roles and Responsibility

Overall, 10+ years experience with PMP Certified with at least 4-5 years in Project Management role.

Strong experience of handling project team with latest digital technologies, good knowledge of recent technology stack like AWS Cloud, DotNet Core, Microservices, DevOps etc

Having strong technical background, should have worked on technical contribution during developer days(Primarily DotNet Stack)

Should have worked on Projects as Project Manager to manage & execute Projects in a multicultural environment and dynamic enough to handle team across onshore/offshore

Should be able to guide the team on technical front at high level

Hands-on in defining the process for Scrum and be able to train the team and manage the defined process

Hands on experience on PM Tools, JIRA board, extensive experience in handling agile team.

Agile Scrum certification will be an added advantage

Required to establish standard, Best practices & Quality Process and be able to Manage multiple teams and Projects

Able to set measurable KPIs, Project related metrices and track & report them to Customer/management

Status Reporting and presenting the dashboard reports to all stake holders using JIRA, Internal Tools and well versed with status reporting.

Hands-on and wellversed with Project Management process, budget, invoice and complete ownership of assigned project.

Good to have Insurance domain knowledge

Should have a knowledge of Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) using tools like DevOps/Jenkins,Octopus, Bitbucket etc

Addon technical knowledge on AWS Cloud, DevOps, Databases, Data Visualization, Data Management etc. is good to have.
