Roles and Responsibility

-         Minimum of 6+ years related work experience as Scrum master/ handling agile projects, working directly with Product Management, Engineering Management, and software development teams

-         Hands-on involvement in Agile practices in both Scrum and Kanban-based delivery models.

-         Should be able to play the role of an agile coach to set up process.

-         Experience using Jira, ADO Boards and Confluence is a must.

-         Have experiance as Product Owner or in Product Management, who can understand the business criticality and set priority.

-         Must be an excellent communicator, efficient and individual contributor.

-         Provide overlap with US-based customers until 10AM ET.
