Job Description"We are seeking a talented and experienced Appian Developer to join our team. As an Appian Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using the Appian low-code automation platform. You will work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to create efficient and user-friendly solutions that address complex business processes.

4 to 6 years of development experience using Appian
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
Design and develop applications using the Appian low-code platform, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Create and maintain Appian process models, including workflow designs, forms, and rule configurations.
Integrate Appian applications with external systems and databases using Appian's integration capabilities.
Develop and implement business rules, expressions, and interfaces within the Appian environment.
Design and build mobile-responsive user interfaces to ensure optimal user experience.
Configure and optimize processes for performance and scalability.
Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications to ensure they meet functional and technical requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure the reliability and quality of applications.
Keep up-to-date with the latest Appian updates, features, and industry best practices.
Document development processes and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an Appian developer with a strong track record of designing and delivering Appian applications.
Appian certification is a plus.
Proficiency in Appian's low-code development environment.
Strong knowledge of business process management and workflow automation.
Experience with system integration, including the use of Appian integration connectors.
Familiarity with database management, SQL, and data modeling.
Solid understanding of web technologies and mobile application development.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
