Roles and Responsibility

Job Description

         Work on Dynamics CRM engagement.

         Be involved in analyze and design phases of Project.

         Responsible for Collaboration with Client teams to understand the business requirements and translate it to solutions.

         Deep Knowledge of Sales and Service module.

         Deep understanding of Integration tools within D365 tools.

 

Key Skills:

         Experience in MSD Sales and Service Module.

         Must have worked on 2 end to end D365 Project implementation.

         Good to have knowledge on Business Central.

         Knowledge on Logistics domain.

         Idea of CRM Integration with Microsoft internal and 3rd party tools.

         Experience in Model driven and Canvas app.
