The Training Instructor is responsible for owning and championing Intellect’s training endeavors, and customer adoption of the current and future platform and app functionalities in the Intellect ecosystem and owning and streamlining Intellect’s training program and creating course curricula for customers.
Job Duties
1. Learn the Intellect no code compliance platform
2. Learn the Intellect eQMS and EH&S App Suites
3. Develop course curriculums and training content for existing and new products
4. Identify best course curriculum delivery methods (on-line, Zoom, video, self-guided etc.)
5. Conduct training sessions either on-site, via Zoom, or at client locations for Intellect’s Quality Management System Software (eQMS) and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Suites
6. Develop and organize a library of training videos
7. Maintain technical knowledge of applications by reviewing and understanding enhancements released
8. Collaborate with product and support organizations to incorporate new products, known issues and solutions into the course content
9. Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
Knowledge & Skill
This position requires:
• Experience in training interactive training classes on Software Systems and SaaS
• 3+ years training experience
• The ability to work flexible hours
• Experience with curriculum development, training and strong presentation skills
• Knowledge in Quality Management System (QMS) and quality policies, objectives, and concepts is nice to have but not mandatory
• Knowledge of various standards and regulatory frameworks (such as ISO 9001, 21 CFR Part 11, etc.) is nice to have but not mandatory
• Coding or programming experience is very helpful
• Willingness to travel is nice to have
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with a rapidly-scaling business
• Must be an independent self-starter with strong organizational skills and impeccable work ethic
