•                                        Provide Expert Technical Support: Deliver advanced technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring successful deployment, operation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure solutions.

•                                        Troubleshoot Complex Issues: Diagnose and resolve complex issues within OpenStack environments and Linux systems, including hardware, software, and networking-related challenges.

•                                        Maintain Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture designs, deployment guides, and troubleshooting manuals.

•                                        Translate Business Needs: Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment between business goals and infrastructure design.

•                                        Risk Analysis & Long-Term Planning: Analyze user technologies, assess business needs, participate in risk assessments, and contribute to long-term project planning and infrastructure development.

•                                        Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous innovation and improvement within the team.

•                                        Collaborate with Global Teams: Work with cross-functional teams worldwide to ensure global consistency and adherence to infrastructure best practices.

To be successful in the role you must have:

•                                        Experience with OpenStack and Cloud Environments: Extensive experience in cloud execution environments, specifically with OpenStack deployments and optimizations.

•                                        Linux Proficiency: Strong expertise in Linux Operating Systems, including deep knowledge of distributions such as Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, and Red Hat. Solid understanding of the Linux file system hierarchy and system administration tasks.

•                                        Linux Server Management: Proven experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

•                                        Cloud Technologies Expertise: Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies, especially private cloud infrastructures like OpenStack and hybrid cloud environments.

•                                        Hardware Troubleshooting: Proficiency in hardware debugging tools and techniques, with the ability to resolve complex hardware-related issues.

•                                        Virtualization & Containerization: Experience with virtualization technologies such as KVM and VMware, along with proficiency in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

•                                        Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with meticulous attention to detail in resolving infrastructure challenges.

•                                        Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash, Python, or other scripting languages) to automate repetitive tasks and streamline operations.
