Roles and Responsibility

Job description

•         Deploy, configure, and manage OpenStack environments, including compute, storage, and networking components.

•         Monitor the health and performance of OpenStack clusters, ensuring high availability and reliability.

•         Perform regular upgrades and patch management for OpenStack components.

•         Manage and maintain Linux servers used in the OpenStack environment.

•         Provide technical support in troubleshooting cloud infrastructure issues.

•         Automate routine tasks using shell scripting and configuration management tools

Experience:

•         Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in OpenStack administration and Linux system administration.

•         Proven experience with deploying and managing OpenStack in a production environment.

•         Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.

Skills:

•         In-depth understanding of OpenStack components (Compute, Storage and Network).

•         Proficiency in Linux system administration, including file systems, networking, and security.

•         Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).

•         Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

•         Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and virtualization technologies
